What does Kretomedia do?
We produce cinematic product commercials that turn creators’ audiences into scalable commerce brands
How fast will I receive work?
Typical turn: ~2 days per request. Simple briefs often arrive within 48 hours. Bigger builds are staged into regular partial deliveries so you always get momentum.
How does onboarding work?
Subscribe → we add you to your private Trello board (usually within an hour). Accept the invite, paste your brief or Loom, and we begin. Trello is the single source of truth for briefs, assets and progress.
Who runs the work?
Kretomedia is run by Lehlo. You work directly with me from brief to finish — no outsourcing, no hidden teams.
What do I get in a Pilot?
A conversion-first pilot includes: creative audit, 1×60s hero + 30s + 15s + 2 verticals, 10 product stills, thumbnails + ad pack and up to 3 paid micro-tests
What if I need ongoing work?
We'll do ongoing creative refreshes untiil you're satisified.
How are large requests handled?
We break big jobs into milestones. Expect consistent 24–48h partial deliveries until the full scope is complete.
Is there a limit to requests?
No — queue as many requests as you like. Work is delivered one at a time in queue order.
Who owns the work?
You do — every final deliverable is 100% yours on delivery.
What if I don’t like the ad?
No worries! We'll continue to revise the ad until you're 100% satisfied.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. Billing runs on a 31-day cycle. Pause anytime — your unused days are preserved for future use.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued past the first week of service. However, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
What if I only have a single request?
That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Can I use Kretomedia for just a month?
For sure. Whether you need Kretomedia for a month or a year, the choice is yours. Just feel free to come back when you have additional ads needs.
What type of productions do you work on?
We strictly focus on commercials for now. Tv series, feature and short films coming soon.
